Cincinnati small business accelerator Mortar opened its office at 1329 Vine St. Allen Woods, William Thomas and Derrick Braziel are teaching entrepreneurship skills to residents of Over-the-Rhine. Brick OTR, a pop-up retail shop, is located in the same space.
