Cash. Chips. Cream.

According to the Associated Press, lottery officials say the estimated $1.5 billion prize is not just the largest in the United States, but in the world. A lump-sum cash payment of the winnings would net a single winner $930 million before taxes. But what are the chances that you'd actually win? Welp, the odds to win are one in 292.2 million. "So, you're saying there's a chance?!" We asked everyone in our office what they would do with the money if they won the jackpot, needless to say, we learned a lot.

What would I do with 1.5 billy? I would take the first couple hundred thousand and pay off the student loans of myself and my family. I would then invest at least 300 million into a foundation with the purposes of supporting projects/initiatives determined to push the boundaries of humanity.  Part of that would go towards a state of the art facility in Cincinnati. I would give MORTAR $10 million dollars for operations and another $15 million in a fund to invest in non-traditional, promising entrepreneurs.  Then another $10 million for an endowment. The rest I would put into a trust for my family to live out the rest of our days.

I’ve literally already thought this out. Just know that if I win, I’m not telling ANYBODY. My wife and I will be sending our attorney in to cash in the ticket so that we can remain anonymous – period. I just want to appear to be living my same ol’ life (and we’ll disappear to some other part of the world periodically without telling anyone).. After we get the cash and pay our tithes, I’m paying off everything I owe Sallie Mae, and then I’m going to do the same for other adults who’ve been held back by student loan debt.. and buy my momma whatever she wants. I would then build a boutique art hotel that will be known for the caliber of performers that take the stage for intimate live performances (like Natalie’s from New York Undercover – remember that?). Of course, I’d make a donation to MORTAR so that the awesome work that’s been getting cranked out could be amplified, then, I’d just go on a spending spree bouncing between Kickstarter, GoFundMe and IndieGoGo searching for awesome projects that deserve to get funded. Lastly, I’m going to get $200,000 in $2 dollar bills and just start scattering them all over the world as a calling card of where I’ve been.

Pay off all debt. Invest. Travel. Trust funds for all the grandbabies. Endowment funds. Start a foundation. other Philanthropic endeavors. I’ll have to figure the rest out. Lol
