After four years, Hoity Toity Donuts is finally opening in Walnut Hills.
The artisanal doughnut shop, originally slated to open in the fall of 2019, will open its first brick-and-mortar location on Sept. 15 at 2459 Gilbert Ave. at Peebles Corner. Hoity Toity Donuts announced its grand opening on Instagram, writing, “This journey has been years in the making, and we are looking forward to having you all experience a #hoitytoitydonut.”
According to the Hoity Toity website, donuts are made from scratch daily in small batches using locally sourced ingredients. There will be cake and yeast doughnuts with vegan-friendly and gluten-free options. Although an official menu has not been announced, the shop has teased the following flavors: glazed vanilla bean, raspberry s’mores, tequila sunrise, lemon pistachio, and cookies and cream.
“We want to push the boundaries of doughnut flavors,” owner Susan Coach told The Enquirer in 2019. “I’ve spent years perfecting the doughs.”
