20 minority-owned businesses in Hamilton County awarded grant money during pandemic

HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio — The pandemic has been especially tough on small businesses, but a new micro grant program is breathing new life into some of them. Adrienne Onley opened a flower shop Mount Healthy on Valentine’s Day of this year.
